In yoga, this place is expressed through seven main energy centers within the physical body (that extend out into the area around the body).

In each area there is a center specific to the balanced emotion that is always within you. Let the practices guide you into accessing this deeper space to remember and reveal that truth.

Step by step learn like you never have before the fundamentals of emotional self mastery through intuitive and intentional embodiment practices to feel where each center is accessible.

Receive the support and inspiration to establish the emotional foundation for being connected, confident and clear. Let go of feeling stuck, confused or overwhelmed. New to “the chakras” and experienced practitioners open to a fresh perspective on this energy body yoga practices are equally welcome.

Complete at your own pace to help you further embody what you learn in each area, pause, or replay as you may catch a different nugget another time around.

Yoga, and specifically through embodiment practices that integrate the subtle energy of emotions into where you feel them in the body, invites the same response and expands body awareness into restoring complete health and wholeness of being.

Through this course offering, you’ll learn how both emotions and the body are important to feel fully integrated to access to a deeper sense of peace, joy and creativity.

How it works

Self paced online learning begins when you register, (or on/after Thursday, May 15th). You’ll have access to the online course for 90 days and can go at your own pace.

I recommend getting out the good old paper planner and writing down when you can commit to 30 minutes (to 1 hour for you to give yourself space) for each of the 7 sessions over the next 7 weeks.

Expect a new way to experience your emotions and re-establish an energetic pathway through the body so you can set a next level depth to your soul’s activating purpose, directly access your body’s innate wisdom to self heal, and be more open to higher guidance.
