FAQ: What’s the difference between Yoga Outdoors and Yoga Hike?

Yoga Outdoors is a blend of yoga postures, breath work, guided meditation and may include a warm up walk in the park, but mostly done with a mat under the trees/in the grass. Please bring a mat for this practice.

Yoga Hike is hiking and gentle yoga postures, breath work and guided meditation. No mat necessary.

Sugarloaf Ridge SP Yoga Hike

Join this public hike offering in partnership with the Sonoma Ecology Center.

This Yoga Hike balances a mix of hiking and gentle yoga postures, breath work and guided meditation.

No mat necessary.

Please wear weather appropriate clothing to feel comfortable being in a natural setting. Includes parking if registered online in advance.  

All levels and ages welcome. Meet at the Visitor’s Center, unless specified.
